The compact and lightweight model makes it ideal for travel purposes (a nice soft travel bag is included). The basic sound is muted to a very soft level, which is great for hotel rooms etc. Intonation is very good throughout all registers. From pedal f downwards the resistance is noticeably increasing, which is actually quite good for practice purposes.
Ben's Practice Mute is now available in 8 new colors. This allows you not only to refine your playing but also to choose a mute that perfectly matches your style.

I am very happy with how this mute performs. I had to spend a week in a place where I couldn't practice normally, and I could only use the mute. After that week, my sound was fuller and more focused because of the work I did with Ben's practice mute.
Also - it shipped to me in the States far quicker than I thought it would! Great job.
